My Favorite Vegetarian & Vegan Cookbooks

Goodness knows I love cooking almost all kinds of meals. Years ago, I attempted to be vegan but it was not a good choice for my health (I had chronic anemia). I immediately switched back to eating meats and dairy but I still enjoy vegetarian/vegan meals from time to time. They make good additions to my regular meals (doctors advise me to add more pounds, which means I have to eat more). On top of that, I love making them! Live the Little Things: Ladies Day Out with My High School BFF

We were two teenagers who met at high school. Together we pushed through the highs and lows of high school life, went separate ways for over a decade, and somehow the universe decided to reunite us again in the town where we first shook our hands and asked each other’s name. My bestie, Vee, just came back from the United States for good. It’s been a month since she landed here and we’ve been hanging out almost every week. Anyways, today I was in the mood of creating new cold drink and I came up with this Iced Jasmine Tea Lemonade recipe! It’s super simple and I’m sure you already have most ingredients stocked in your pantry and fridge.
