My Favorite Vegetarian & Vegan Cookbooks

Goodness knows I love cooking almost all kinds of meals. Years ago, I attempted to be vegan but it was not a good choice for my health (I had chronic anemia). I immediately switched back to eating meats and dairy but I still enjoy vegetarian/vegan meals from time to time. They make good additions to my regular meals (doctors advise me to add more pounds, which means I have to eat more). On top of that, I love making them! I have to be honest though, I cannot rely on my creativity to make good veggie meals. Well, cookbooks to the rescue!

Inspiration of the Week

I’m not the type that always keeps up with current trends, be it fashion, TV shows, yada yada yada. But when it comes to self-enrichment, I’m your girl. I take inspirations from anyone and anything. Nowadays inspiration come at my fingertips in the form of podcasts, blogs, social media and Youtube videos. The amount of inspiration I can find is endless and I love it!

In my pursuit to stay inspired, I commit to feed my brain and soul with nothing but inspirational and motivational information everyday. Without further ado, here’s my list of Inspiration of the Week.
